- Own the Credit Card Management System (CCMS) and the REST/SOA backend layers of a multi-tenant SaaS platform processing 10K+ TPS and 100M+ transactions a month at 99.99% availability — standardizing responses across core transaction processors and third-party backends.
- Architected and shipped a scalable reporting microservice from scratch — HLD/LLD, data modeling, REST API design, deployment on AWS with CI/CD. Drove first-request latency from 150ms down to 30ms (~80% cut) via adaptive service warming and auto-scaling.
- Built the event-driven SFTP → Kafka → S3 ingestion pipeline on Chronos. Persists structured metadata to Postgres and raw files to S3 with content-hash idempotency.
- Implemented Kafka-based event-driven workflows for transaction processing and reconciliation, using message ordering and account-level locking to hold correctness and consistency under heavy concurrent load.
- Stood up a QA automation framework (Mockito, Postman) that cut regression time by 95% and enabled fully automated production releases. Engineered daily client reporting over complex multi-table SQL joins — 10K+ records/month, 100% on-time delivery, S3 archival.
